Popular businessman Khalif Kairo has found himself on the wrong side of the law again.
Kairo was arrested on allegations of fraud at the milimani law courts after being accused of not delivering a BMW after full payment.
According to footage from the police station ,Kairo is seen in handcuffs maintaining a calm demeanor with the car dealer and surrounded by people appearing to be police officers.
This is the fourth time he has been arrested facing similar allegations of fraud.
He blames economic climate and jealous competitor’s for his legal woes specifically terming his recent arrest in a tweet as “politically motivated”.
Sharing his frustrations on the constant legal woes that have impacted his business greatly noting that he’s had to “shut down his offices and fire his staff further causing more delays for genuine customers who have been understanding and patient”.
The car dealer has been embroiled in legal battles since last year.
He has maintained the legitimacy of his business allegedly claiming that he sold over 300 cars worth Ksh 1 billion in 2024.
Despite the the tough times he has assured his supporters “we will rebuild and restructure and God will see us through”.

He will be arraigned in court tomorrow.
