Condolences are pouring in for Dagoretti North MP Baeatrice Elachi as her son Elvis Murakana Namenya passes on.
President William Ruto joined leaders in mourning in his message of grief,asked God to grant Elachi and her family strength to bear with the loss of her son.
Quoting Psalm 147:3 “Be comforted by the word of the Lord.He heals the broken-hearted and binds their wounds”.
Elachi’s party ODM also sent their message of solace:
“May God grant Beatrice Elachi and her family the fortitude and strength to overcome the pain of losing her son,Elvis Murakana Namenya.It is such a huge loss for Mheshimiwa. As a party we stand with her during this difficult moment of mourning and grief”.
Other leaders who have joined in mourning with the Elachi and her family are Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai,Senator Allan Chesang,Busia Women Rep Catherine Omanya,Shinyalu MP Frederick Lusuli among others.
Causes of the death remain unclear.
May God comfort Elachi and her family during this difficult time.
