

Myanmar is a land in distress as the the country was hit with a 7.7 powerful magnitude earthquake causing tremors and after-shock across hundreds of miles in South East Asia.
12 minutes later a 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit again causing even more damage.
Around 153 person’s have been reported dead with death toll rising and 730 injured and counting.
Photos from Naypyidaw,Myanmar’s capital showed a multitude of buildings destroyed with victims being dug out of the rubble.
Extent of the damage in rural areas is unclear as Internet and electricity is down in most parts of the country.
The impact of the quake has been felt across Yunnan an Sichuan provinces in China,Thailand as well where 8 are reported dead with 100 still trapped after a building collapsed in the capital Bangkok ,rescue teams are already on the ground according to Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.
Cambodia ,Bangladesh and India also reported tremors.
It’s the most powerful earthquake the country has had in more than 100 years .
